The Art of Healing with Tomasa Macapinlac
Many people settle for mediocre health rather than vibrant health; some don't even know what vibrant health looks like. Vibrant health is the sign of vitality, stamina, a body that is pain free, eyes that display alertness, the ability to use all senses and not feel so numb with life. At one time or another most of us feel like we need a boost of energy or a boost to our immune system, or help with managing chronic pain... but the truth is that the body knows how to heal itself.
The Art of Healing is a collection of Asian Healing Arts such as Jin Shin Jyutsu, acupressure, Tuina, that are weaved together to create a healing session for anyone – young or elderly, healthy or feeble, emotionally or mentally challenged, or simply for maintaining balance and harmony in one's life. Sessions are personalized and created based on assessment and skills that have been developed over a decade. The Art of Healing works with western medicine or solely to aid the body in healing itself. Visualization, guided imagery, breathing exercises, and nutrition are among the tools used to accelerate the healing process. Self-help is offered individually or in a group on- site and off-site. Training is available for other healing arts practitioners with similar backgrounds.
